how to upload image while creating email template

how to upload image while creating email templates, i can't find any upload image button in fck editor.my sugar version is Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239).

Hi henmar,

Inserting image in the email template using the FCKeditor needs a trick. You can have a look here: http://sugarcrm.openapp.org/?p=161
