How to use DevToolkit0.7?

Hai Guys,
To create dependent drop down i download and installed the devtoolkit0.7 through module loader in SugarCE6.4.0RC2. But i don't know how to use it. Let someone give me the manual for how to use devtoolkit.

After install the module you have to take a look in its manual.
DevToolkit there is no user interface. Basically you will need to create some configuration files in some specific paths and with some specific sintax. Then after you run a repair/rebuild your configurations will get productive.

There is no any manual in the zip file i downloaded. I cant get the manual through Google search also. If u have the link or any details about the manual kindly post back it.
