hi!
you will be able to work with all your contacts.. magento is very powerful online shop and with the help of it you can easy organize your sales. for the summary: you will have powerful online shop with flexible ability to work with your customers..
i'm in the process of choosing the extension for that integration. i find in google this one - http://www.mageplace.com/bridges/mag...rm-bridge.html - i'll try test this extension and will post review here.
Thylaksoft's magento to sugarCRM extension would post real time leads from magento to sugar crm automatically. This extension also has the capability to transfer abandoned shopping carts from Magento to sugar crm as opportunities which would allow your sales team to track the opportunity and convert to a sale. We also have a feature where once an opportunity is converted to a sale in sugar crm, it can create an order in magento. I find it to be a good replacement for Vivendo extention, since Vivendo is out of business.

Agree with anashi - the magento sugar bridge is great - but I found it here http://www.magentocommerce.com/magen...ugarcrm_bridge
2 grimview - second extension cost lot more and I tried demo - had too many problems
Wizard, this extension works like a charm! with last update I've also installed it for my older sites and got all purchases moved
grimviev - Vivendo had cases connection feature, I haven't found it in your extension description though - is it included there?
