kann mir mal eben jemand ein paar newbee Fragen beantworten ?

Ich habe die Userguide gelesen, soweit ist mir klar geworden , wofuer die einzelenen Objekte da sind.
Jetzt möchte ich aber in einem Projekt oder Kampagne den Verlauf zu jeder Person speichern. Das kann man bei Kontakten machen, die ja wiederum einer Kampagne oder einem Projekt zu zu ordnen sind.

So manches ist mir noch nicht ganz klar:

i've some newbe questions concerning the workflow handling of sugar:

If i call a contact wich is part of a project, i put the summary of the conversation into the history of that contact. Now id sugar to remind me that I recall all the contacts from the corresponding project after x days. is there a trigger functionality wich can be adjustet like that ?

another question is, i would like to see a summary wich contacts have been contacted by a staff member in for example the last week. how can i see such a overview?
