Question Howto use tracker URLs and password protected https?

    Hi,

I am running Sugar 5.0 on a CentOS system. Due to the confidentiality of most of the stuff in the databases I have configured Sugar to sit behind a password protected https link. This is necessary as my (very small) company has no intranet bur relies on Internet for accessing Sugar from our two sites.

Is it possible for me to use tracker URLs with this configuration? I find that the redirect links created by sugar now point to my https://www.... adress, which always prompts for a https password, which of course is not good.

    Any ideas?

    br. Timo

    Hello Timo,

When you are creating your tracker, you should be able to manually change the tracker URL from https to http. Then this should work.
