    Question HTML data type shows nothing

    Hello,
    I want to add a customized field with "html" data type.
    after I add it to Edit layout, I cannot see the HTML area in the Edit page.
    I can see only the Label of the new added field but can not see the HTML text area.

    I wanted to ask if anybody has an idea.

    This a common issue that all of us have stumbled on.
    I believe you want to use Data Type: TextArea, not HTML.
