About LinkBacksthe HTML editor doesn't work since yesterday. the window opens but it is blank and not editable. any suggestions? it's very urgent because I have to send out our newsletter in e few days.

Have you made any changes between now and the last time the editor worked?
Does sugar.log report any errors?

If you try Firefox with Firebug installed and fully enabled hopefully you may face some error message at the right bottom corner of screen.

Just checked with the customer - they are using Express and the only apparent change is an upgrade from patch i to j. Go figure...

And that doesn't qualify as a change?Just checked with the customer - they are using Express and the only apparent change is an upgrade from patch i to j. Go figure...
Did they make a backup before migrating? ...

It defintely does qualify. But since the upgrade was done by Sugar the customer didn't even realize. And thus no backup...

additional news: it is not only the html edit which doesn't work, also all other popups (e.g. the help popup) in the email template section are corrupt. if i open the html window, the title of the window is called "$lang_theme_code_title". i've tried also the firebug, but it doesn't report any errors.

What are the steps to take when the html editor is not operable...
for me this is evident in my email tab - when i compose email - there is no html editor visible.
and
in campain email creation - the html editor is not visible which causes the insert tracker button to not work.
Should I reinstall sugarcrm or is there one or two files that I just need to Fix and how?
