I'm using Version 5.5.4 (Build 1246) - Community Edition. My html editor isn't working. Is this a bug? Is there a fix?

I don't believe I am receiving a javascript error.
My buttons to click Yes or No on inserting a template and other items say Undefined. See: http://awesomescreenshot.com/01c4b7k92
When I select text to change the font in Chrome, it seems to make it smaller and Times New Roman. It won't even change the colors for me. It will let me change the colors in IE but nothing else. The size is not affected in IE one way or another.
Not sure if this helps.
Thanks,
Matt
Hello,
Screenshot suggests there is error in permission. Install firebug add-on for mozilla and check what does it return. Set proper permissions to the required js files.
Thumbs up.

Hi,
I have faced similar problem. I change the cache folder permission to 755. But the error is still there. Anybody have any idea.
thanks.

I'm not very good with the firefox plugin but know how to change permissions. I'm actually working with dsuvankar on the problem but appreciate any insight as it really hurts the email process. The emails look poorly formatted.
If needed I can provide you with a login to inspect this issue?
I truly appreciate your help.
The permissions issue fixed the button display but the html editor still isn't working.

Any ideas or suggestions?
Solved by Update the TinyMCE to lates version. It should work. Thanks.
