We use Sugar for managing incoming customer support inquries via email. When emails are forwarded or replied to, the HTML of the original email is either condensed to a single line or streched out to one word per line, destroying the legibility of the email thread. In addition headers (email addresses, subjects, timestamps) are not added into the message above the quotes of previous messages.

My question is this: is this by design, is this going to be changed in a subsequent release, or is this a problem with my installation?
