HTML field hidden on print

Hi
I customized Case module with a HTML field, that display a Gif image. The HTML code is classic <img src=........>.
On Detailview, the image display coreectly, same thing on page after clicking Print button. The problem is here: when submit the print function, the image disappears, and display the icon like "image not found" (red cross on white background).

Any suggestion?

Were you able to do this? I need to do the same for quotes. Can I store the image (and an extended product description) as custom field(s) in the product database and have them appear when a quote is gernerated as a document?
