HTML fields in a custom module

Hi i have installed sugar 5.0..
I need to create a database of customers that needs at least 2 html rendered fields.
What happens when i want to create my own module is that, after I deploy it my installation, browsing for to edit or insert a record, THE HTML FIELD IS NOT VISUALIZED, THERE IS THE LABEL BUT NOT THE FIELD.
ANY HINT GUYS?

Please fill us in a bit more. I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do.

If you have a picture of what it should do that would be great.
