Can anyone suggest a good (free or paid) WYSIWYG type prorgam that can be used to create HTML emails to be used for Sugar campaigns. If it matters, I use the Sugar On Demand.

There's a perfectly good (TinyMCE) editor in SugarCRM. Why do you need to replace it?
