HTML Template Email no body editor

When I want to create an email
I have all the proper tools in compose html email; as well as, draft email, but when I go into create template, I can not edit into the body! What is wrong, my older version of Sugar never had any such problem.

Hi John,

I can confirm that I too am having this problem but only when using Firefox. I loaded up IE and the body editor displayed correctly. Something funny going on with loading the fancy HTML editor menu???

I am using IE 7.0 and I do not get the HTML body editor, it's just a blank white space. And this is only on my PC, others can access it. Any help would be appreciated. I have Java installed on my pc.

Same here. FF (latest version) did everything ok until yesterday. Today - no body. No idea what happened, as far as I know there wasn't any config change. IE7 works, though.

A quick fix or workaround would be nice
