httpd will not start

Hi,

I am running Sugarcrm 5.2.0c on macosx.
After i restarted my machine (after minor upgrade to osx 10.5.7) SugarCRM was not running anymore.
When i try to start it via Terminal, i get the following.

xserve:sugarcrm-5.2.0c admin$ ./sugarctl.sh start
./sugarctl.sh : mysql started at port 3306
Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /Applications/sugarcrm-5.2.0c/mysql/data
Syntax OK

no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
./sugarctl.sh : httpd could not be started
xserve:sugarcrm-5.2.0c admin$

Apache tom cat is running, but the sugar page cannot be displayed.

please help.

It seems the port 8080 si already in use.
Also the log files seems to be blocked by another application, perhaps a previous instance of apache.
