    Angry Hubspot Integration help

    I have been trying unsuccessfully to install Hubspot module on my sugar ce install

    it seems hubspot blames sugar for the shortcoming and sugar says talk to hubspot

    very very very frustarting

    i made a video so everyone can see the problem

    how aboutsome attention to this

    nothing worse than a new module that comes out with all kinds of hoopla and press release but no one is willing to take the time to find out why this is an issue

    Unfortunately I am unable to help but I am also looking at Hubspot and in the process of setting up my Sugar About 2 weeks now)

    Have you been using hubspot for long and is it worth the money?

    I am sorry that I am unable to assist with you problem but I am a new user on Sugar CE and looking at Hubspot and wonder if Hubspot is worth the money.

    i think hubspot is worth it but i would stay away from sugar. i am considering migrating to salesforce

    Guz,

    I'm glad that HubSpot support and I were able to get this taken care of!

    For the community:

    Sometimes when you install SugarCRM, you can get all sorts of weird results if the permissions on the filesystem aren't allowing various parts of Sugar to do their job correctly.

    From the screencast, the issue that you were seeing appears to be due to the cache folder not having the correct permissions. Once it was corrected, we were able to get all of the layouts updated correctly.
