Huge logo in .pdf Quotes

We just implemented Sugar Professional 6.1.0 RC1 and tried to produce a .pdf version of a Quote. The .pdf is produced very quickly, but the company logo we have associated with .pdf outputs is HUGE.

I tried to use a smaller version of our logo and the system simply placed the smaller logo into the same exact HUGE space. So, now the smaller version is spread out over probably 25% of the page and shows mostly pixels.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
