Hi - I am highly motivated to move from ACT to a more robust CRM. I have heard great things about Sugar and have been to the website numerous times. But I have to say that I leave the website more confused than ever. The website does not help new potential customers to make informed decisions. So please community - help me out.
I am trying to understand why I should get community addition instead of some of the other products you offer. What is the difference between community and enterprise or professional. Is community multi-user? Do I test community and then make a descision to purchase either enterprise or professional? Is community sufficient if we have IT and programing support in-house? I am very frustrated that it is not clearer
Our specifications:
I will have 4-5 users - differ, different geographic locations and we have our own servers. We are Windows based.
