I broke it - repair funtion not finishing

Hi
I made a change in relationships in a custom module, then went to run a quick repair, and the system now gets stuck at this point:
Clearing Vardefs from cache...done
Clearing language files from cache...done
Repair Database Print Help

Processing database and vardef comparison...

It just stops there. Now when i look at many of the pages and modules on the site, they are BLANK!

Centos 5
Sugar 5.1.0a
Apache 2
Mysql 5.0.45
php 5.1.6

Please help!

Try with Clear Template Data Cache and Rebuild Relationships.

I just tried that, but it didn't make any difference. I would try to reverse the change i made (I created a new relationship between a custom module and Jason Eggers Security Groups) except that when I try to get into Studio, that is one of the pages that is blank as well.

Biggest problem now is that when I click on Studio, i get a blank page.

I really need to get this fixed. I haven't got a clue why the studio page is now blank. Can anybody help?

Can you try doing a search in all files for securitygroups and see if you see anything that is connected to your module? If you do, try removing that file. The other option is to turn on debugging and check your sugarcrm.log to see if there is any further information.

Hi Jason,
I tried all this and it still doesn't work. sugarcrm.log is only showing failed log in attempts. I need to recover this. I think I might need to get your latest patch working from your store, but I cant seem to find it.

You've got mail. Also, you may need to turn up the logging level. Look for "fatal" in your config.php and change to debug. This will output more information.
