Have you refreshed the dashlet.

Yes I have done that. You see what is happening is one person at my clients office enters the leads they get from their telemarketing department. Then the sales manager assigns these leads to a salesperson in the field.
The sales person will log in to Sugar to see theses leads. When the sales manager assigns this lead vis the Mass Update or by editing the lead the lead shows up in the Leads Module or Tab but it does not show up in the dashlet.
The only time the lead will show up in the dashlet is if you assign the lead to the salesperson when you are creating the lead. If you don't assign it there and then it will not appear in the dashlet.
Unfortunately my client's workflow dictates that the assignment of leads takes place after the lead is entered. I would like to find a solution for this and would greatly appreciate any help solving this problem. Thanks

I believe that this happened after leads were entered when I edited the leads module. I think this is because when I entered new leads they worked fine. interesting.
