I cant install sugaropen and don´t know whats missing

hello, i´m trying to install sugar open source 4.2.1 in a server with the following characteristics
OS: SuSe Linux Pofesional 9.1
Mysql 4.0.18
Apache: 2.0.49
Kernel:2.6.5-7.151-smp
PHP: 4.3.4.

i´m using the wizard to install sugar, and i´m stuck in step 2 (requirements check) everything says it´s ok except that the 2cond line, under php version, doesn say anything and reads not available at the end. i cant go past that.

Does anyone know what is going on?
