I'm trying to figure out the logic behind sugar:
1) I receive a mail from a costumer that has already a "contact" in my DB, related to his own account's society
2)In the Inbound mail section, I find his email address subsituted with his entire name and a dropdown menu that allow me to create a lead, a case, or also a new contact(???? I have it already!) related to the mail's sender
3) THE ONLY WAY I FOUND that makes me able to read sender's account name in the inbox email section is to create a lead through the dropdown menu
4)When I am creating the lead, sugar asks me for a Surname (indipendet from the ones he already knows through the DB) and let me create this lead
5)With my lead created, I have to convert it into a contact (That I already have!) and OLNY in this section sugar is able to retrieve the account and the contact into his DB
6)I choose the right contact and account that I know are related to the sender and voilą! I can find, into the mail inbox section, the right account name on the right of the right contact name BUT sugar has created 4 indetical mails:
1 with the entire sender mail address followed by his entire name
1 with the entire sender mail address followed by his account's name
2 with the entire name followed by lead's name
WHAT's WRONG?!?!?! The version is the 4.5.1d!
