sorry i don't speak English.

i use SugarCE-Full-5.0.0b.
i seting email General Character Set=UTF-8.
i don't use Thai languages in my email. it show content " طԾ ѡ ( ˹ ) " in my email .

In Database table email_cache field subject show " ?windows-874?B?oujSxyBDQUTktyAyMDA4IMWnucq+LuC0xd..." my email don't use Thai laguages but field subject show " =?utf-8?Q?=E0=B8=A8=E0=B8=B4=E0=B8=A5=E0=B8=9B=E0=..." my email use Thai laguages good.

I'd like to find this answer also. I faced different problem though.

I'm trying to import leads from CSV file but all customers' names are in Thai and after imported, the leads show something like the topic (Arabic, I think)

By the way, I think the topic starter want to use word "can't" instead of "don't" in many places.
