i´m in phpmyadmin, how can i do Backup

I have bricksugarcrm Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239) installed on windows xp pro, and I want to backup al my crm database to restore it in a new computer.

Now I am in phpmyadmin, here a capture of my phpmyadmin window.



My questions:
1- were is the option to backup?
2- Must I backup oly sugarcrm(93) or information_shema(16), mysql(17) and suagrcrm(93) ?
3- In the new computer, how can I restore my backup?

The Tab "Export" is what you are looking for.

2- Must I backup oly sugarcrm(93) or information_shema(16), mysql(17) and suagrcrm(93) ?

sugarcrm should be enough. Databaseusers have to be created in your new Database if you do not use the old one.

3- In the new computer, how can I restore my backup?

The Tab "Import" should do the trick.
