Let me make sure I got your needs:
You want to get displayed into Accounts DetailView the description for the related activities modules, right?
Lets suppose some Account has 10 meetings, 20 calls, 5 tasks.... What to do?

It would be better if this choice is optional for the account that i am examining. if not, i still want it.
You need to create a custom view.detail.php for Accounts where you will retrieve all activities linked with the current account and add their description on some new panel.

For the historical Activities, under the History Tab, there is a button called 'View Summary'. This will open up a popup window which shows you a list of all the activities under history, the subject, date, description. This sounds like it might be what you are looking for, however, this is only for the historical activities, not the open ones.

what i need is;
when we are going to a customer we need to print all activity and history information with us. To print those information we spend lots of time. i need to print min. 6-7 pages for every customer.
if all the information is displayed in the first page, for every customer we can print only one page and use it.
Please help me about this. we started to use crm because we have lots of paperwork for customers. with sugar we are better now, but because of this problem people who are using sugar started to believe that they need a better program.. i know that it can be done with sugar but how?
will anyone help??
My only suggestion is what I had told you in my previous post.
I believe this is the most viable approach.
I can not imagine an easier way to do that.
