Default I see only INBOX IMAP folder - Sugar CE 6.0

After configuring my inbound e-mail accounts (IMAP protocol, connected to MS Exchange 2003), with every account I set up I have only one IMAP folder (INBOX). I don't know if this is normal - but it seems to be senseless since I had to set also folder for "trash" and "sent messages".

The connection works correctly and I can see, import to Sugar and delete messages in INBOX folder. I would like to see also the "Trash"and "Sent messages" folder.

Login to your email account server via IMAP, and create and sync folders there first. Wait a few minutes and they will appear as options during mail setup.

I created an IMAP account in Outlook, then added the appropriate TRASH and SENT folders, and then right clicked on the account and hit "Sync Folders".

    Hope this helps.

I'm using Exchange and I have the proper IMAP folders for sent and deleted e-mails. I did connect to my e-mail account with others e-mail clients with IMAP protocol and the folders worked correctly. Only in Sugar I don't see anything but INBOX folder.

PS. Today I performed a clean installation of Sugar CE 6.0.1 under Windows environment. I thought that something can be wrong with my Linux machine. But the problem still remains.

I am having the same issues. After upgrading to community edition 6.0, I am not able to see other imap folders. Has this feature been removed from the newer 6.0 version? In the older version there was a way to subscribe to the different imap folders. My server is running the latest CPanel/WHM with courier imap server.

Fregata I thought this might be helpful for you. I was able to get the imap folders to list again by going to:

    - Email
    - Settings
    - "Mail Accounts" tab
    - click "Edit" beside the mail account
    - click "Select" beside "Monitored Folders"
    - Select the imap folders you want to add.

I now have a new problem. I have about 100 email folders, and the program doesn't seem to allow me to scroll down when I expand the email folders inside of my inbox. Is this a bug? If I select one of the imap folders and the press the down arrow key, it does allow me to scroll down. So I guess just not with the mouse.

Also, when I click "Create Folder" and create a new folder. It says, rebuilding folders, but then the new folder doesn't seem to appear under my inbox. As well if I go to "Monitored Folders" it doesn't seem to be there.

Would be great to get these small things working, then maybe we would look at purchasing the pro version. I guess I will stick with Outlook for now, and maybe if the email is working better in sugarcrm later I will switch to it.

Hello Wesleyrender - thank You for trying to help me

Unfortunatelly, your advise didn't work in my case. When I go to e-mail settings, I can see all my folders on the mail server and I can choose them accordingly (please take a look at the screenshot I have attached - maybe I do something wrong...). So I choose one folder for INBOX, one for trashed elements and one for sent elements. At this step everything goes well. But then after clicking "Done" - I still see nothing but INBOX (see second screenshot).
