I want to add contact detials to case screen??

Hi

I need help adding the contact detials to the case add and view screen, currenly you can select the account but on selecting account i want the contact linked to that account be displayed with the telephone number.

Or alternatively i want to select a contact th account name to be displayed and the telephone.

Now i know you can add custom fields but there is no way i can find which says tie this field to the information held in accounts or contacts.

Any pointer will help.

Along the same lines, I'd also like to link an account to a document, the same scenario as the following posts.

These requests are all fairly similar. Does anyone have a solution for this? Apologies if it is an easy fix, but I'm new to sugar and the doco isn't very helpful.
