About LinkBacksCan SugarCRM attach an iCal meeting invite out to the customer?
If I delete the Calendar event can it send an email to the customer notifying them that the meeting is cancelled?

SugarCRM does neither of these yet, they are on the roadmap. There are a few plugins on sugarforge that might add this but I have not really tested any of them yet.
