icons not showing after upgrade 5.1

Hello,

I have a problem with showing of icons in Sugar. I just upgraded to Sugar 5.1.0
The icons like advanced_search.gif in the tabs on the homescreen and edit_inline.gif in all the listviews of modules are not showing. When I look for the properties I find an error in the address of the icons. For example the advanced_search.gif adress is

http://127.0.0.1/sugarcrm/themes/Sug...ced_search.gif

After images it shows a double slash which seems wrong. However I cannot find where the basic path is defined for images. Does anybody has an idea about this.

It appears some ppl fixed this by modding their htaccess file.. this has not worked for me however...
