I'm uncertain if this is the right forum, but please advise, I learn quickly!


I set up our SugarCRM CE, Version 5.2.0 about 2 weeks ago. This past week I went live and have 8 users. We purchase leads through several sources and I successfully used the web-to-lead forms and have all of our leads seamlessly posting into Sugar. What I'm missing right now is the best way to assign the leads.

Currently, leads come in assigned to Admin and I'm manually assigning them based on who is is in the office, based loosely on the boss' instructions. Certain lead sources go to certain salespeople first, but if they're not at their desk, we don't want the leads to just sit and go stale.

Can you offer some advice/instruction as to how I can automatically assign leads?
