First, I'm a new user. I've configured sugarcrm before, but it was about 3 years ago.
Anyway, here's the deal:
I've set up a gmail account. I've turned on IMAP.
I've set up a group account and folder.
'Test settings' show everything works, and the folder does appear in my user inbox, but it never downloads mail. Not even when I click the button to check mail.
I can download mail to user accounts, but not to group folders.
The same gmail account is also tied to my Outlook installation, and it's mapped perfectly there.
Does anyone know what I need to do to make it work? Or what do you need from me to determine what else it could be? I'm not familiar enough with SugarCRM to try and brainstorm other possibilities. Helllp! Thanks.
