Images Not Showing Up

Hey All,
Yesterday images stopped appearing in the Sugar UI. I have not deleted anything or conducted any upgrades so I'm a little stumped. Anyone seen something like this before? The behavior occurs across multiple machines on myriad browsers so this must be a problem with my installation itself.

Installation Info:
Windows XP SP3
Sugar CE Version 5.1.0 (Build 4732)
IIS 6
SQL Server 2005

I am having a similar problem with embedded images.

1. I created an email template and attached two images.
2. After uploading the images, I embeded them by clicking on the paper clip.
3. I then saved the template and reopened it.
4. Next I removed the images as attachments, the embedded images remained in the template.
5. I saved the template again.
6. Next I sent an email using the template.
7. After looking at the sent email, I noticed that one of the images was in the email and there was a place holder for the other image. The image with the placeholder was included as an attachment but was not displayed. The image that was displaying properly did not have an attachment.

What am I doing wrong? Can only one image be embedded? Are there any detailed instructions on how to include embedded images in emails?

Hi,

You have to perform quick repair which is under the panel of admin -> repair -> quick repair.

I think this may be work for you

I tried the Quick Repair but nothing changed. One image was embedded and the other was an attachment and not embedded. Any other ideas?

Is there a limit on how many images can be embedded in an E-Mail? In all my experimentation I am only able to get one embedded. The other one is an attachment, even though I deleted it as an attachment.

An additional note on this subject. I sent the e-mail to someone using Outlook and both images were embeded. The images are not embeded when view in Zimbra or online.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
