IMAP account

I have an IMAP email account and I am using SugarCRM as email client, but I have a serious problem.

When I send an email from SugarCRM email client, the mail goes out perfectly but is not copied in Sent folder.

Is there anybody that know how I can resolve this issue?

We are seeing the same issue - this is with a Cyrus IMAP server. I have looked through the bug lists but have not been able to find a specific bug relating to this problem, so its either that I have missed it or its a problem that is only seen under certain circumstances.

What IMAP server are you using?

We have an IMAP Server hosted by Arsys.es (Spain) and I have not gotten this information.

we are essentially experiencing the same problem. We are also using Cyrus (using IMAPS) as our mail server system. I had a discussion on that with one developer, but they couldn't make imput on that specific issue as well.

In contrast gmail imap works well.

We have checked that our IMAP server is Cyrus; this information has been provided by Arsys, our ISP.

Therefore, I would like to report a SugarCRM´s bug concerning this issue.
