    Hi there,

    I've asked my provider to setup IMAP correctly for me and after filling in the details and i test it it says:

    Test Settings
    Found the following usable folders.
    Click one to choose it:
    INBOX
    INBOX.Drafts
    INBOX.Sent
    INBOX.Trash

    Monitored folder = INBOX
    Mail Server Port = 143
    And yet, i still don't receive any mail - sending mail goes fine though. Any idea what might go wrong?

    Sugar Version 4.5.1d (Build 1273)
    Sugar OS Edition
    Category email
    Operating System Windows XP
    PHP Version 4.4.5
    Database MySQL 5.0.37
    Web Server Apache 1.3.37

    Most of us aren't even getting THAT far.

    How did you have your provider set up the INBOUND correctly?
    I'm trying to connect to gmail - POP3. When I test the settings OR save - I get a BLANK screen.

    It just goes out to lunch and never comes back.....

    Foud out that we did not have a "valid" certificate on that POP server. Also using gmail and had to change the values for POP Forwarding in the gmail setup. In the Sugar INBOUND setup, need to check the SSL box, since this is gmail.

    I have been successful getting emails to download using another POP client though...

    We created a new account on YAHOO which has SSL enabled, we can pull e-mail from there successfully...
