IMAP folders created in SugarCRM not showing in Outlook, and folders created in Outlook are not showing in Sugar.
This is very strange and has me stumped for ideas.
Here is what I have treid:
In Sugar, I created a folder called Faxes, I see this folder.
I has an IMAP email account setup in Outlook 2003 (tried also on Outlook 2007 but not at the same time).
I am able to see some folders in Outlook, but I odnt see the faxes folder. This is not just for the Faxes folder but also for all the other folders I make in either SugarCRM or in Outlook.
I have tried to reset the IMAP cache and also "update folder list" option in Outlook
I am at a loss as to what else I can try.
Any ideas from anyone?
I am running Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150) on a Apache
