IMAP library missing... only for the bounced emails process

Hi,

My "Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails" is stuck in the "In progress" state.
When I try to repair the schedulers in the admin part, I see in the log (set at the debug level) the following message :
[DEBUG] ------------------------- IMAP libraries NOT available!!!! die()ing thread.----

I'm a bit confused here as :

• I set up different mail accounts to use IMAP, and obviously enabled the IMAP library.
• I can read the mails' content with the Sugar's internal email client. This lets me think the IMAP layer works more or less properly and that I'm not facing the PHP bug.
• On the different mail accounts created, 2 of them are set up to the "Bounce Handling" usage

Any idea or help of any sort would be greatly appreciated!!

You should have two php.ini. One is for Apache and the other one for the CLI which is used for your cron jobs. Find and check the second one (webmin is a big help there)

You're just perfectly right!
That was the problem : the IMAP library wasn't enabled in the php.ini used by PHP-CLI.
I enabled it , repaired the schedulers and this time, the process for the bounced emails ran correctly up to its end.
