IMAP mail sent from 3rd party app not showing up in Sugar

Hi All,

I have IMAP configured in Sugar and when I send an email out from Sugar that message also shows up in my 3rd party email vendor (Horde) - which is great. However, if I send mail FROM Horde I can see the sent message in Horde, but not in Sugar. Has anyone encountered this, and if so, how did you solve it?

I have the IMAP configured to use the INBOX.send-mail folder in Sugar, and the communication OUT of sugar works great, just not IN.

Any advise?

Hi all, I'm also having this issue:
I setup an IMAP group account in sugarCRM and when I send an email with the sugarCRM email client, the sent emails appears correctly in the IMAP "INBOX.sent-email" folder on the server (as I can see from Horde) but not showing up in sugarCRM.

SugarCRM email client intead shows the email in the "My Inbox.My Sent Email" local folder

Hi,
During account creation, you need to subscribe for INBOX.sent-email. After you send an email from sugar client, just do check mail of INBOX.sent-email in sugar and you will see that message.
