IMAP Problems

Hi there,

Need some help.

Installed SugarCRM Version 5.5.0 (Build 6653) successfully on Infomaniak server.

Create inbound E-Mail account (IMAP). Test successfull, include INBOX + 2 subfolders (INBOX/Facebook & INBOX/Friends) from select window.

SugarCRM only import 100 of 826 messages from INBOX and nothing from subfolders.

Any idea ?

I sent a mail to Infomaniak team, they responded within 12 hours.
They said the problem should be in Sugar.
Changed some params in InboudEmail.php ... it didn't work.
After a few hours, everything worked perfectly (back to initial params in InboundEmail.php). I expect Infomaniak changed something in the server config but no information from them.
Don't care, everything is working perfectly now !
In any case, I'd like to recommend INFOMANIAK as a Ultimate Hosting Company !

Same problem here.

I keep checking email and every once in a while, Sugar grabs a few more messages.

I have the timeout settings very high. I am perplexed by this.
