I'm evaluating SugarCRM CE 6. I've installed it on a Virtual Server running an Ubuntu 10 host with 2 GB memory.
The install appeared to go well. I've set up the first email account for Gmail using IMAP, and here is where the problem starts.
Messages are downloaded and displayed in the email module window. I can open and read them, but I cannot delete them. When I try to delete them, a small window pops up saying
Deleting Message
Please wait
(or something to that effect)
Nothing happens and the small window does not go away. I left it running for up to 20 minutes. When I finally dismiss the small window and try to open other email, nothing happens and all email functions seem to stop working. If I refresh the page, I get another small window with an error
Exception Occured
Communication Failure.
The only way I have found to restore function is to restart the apache server.
SugarCRM.log shows not problems
apache2.log shows the following.
PHP Warning: Division by zero in /var/www/sugarcrm/modules/Emails/EmailUIAjax.php on line 807, referer: http://192.168.1.26/sugarcrm/index.p...s&action=index

If I drag a message into the local mailbox and try to delete that copy, then the delete function works fine.
So, what is the problem with IMAP and not being able to delete? I appreciate any help or pointers that help me to sort this out. Thanks in advance.
