IMAP will not connect

We are trying to configure IMAP over SSL with our Exchange 2007 server. We are unable to make a connection. I think we have SSL support by looking at the phpinfo:

imap
IMAP c-Client Version 2004
SSL Support enabled
Kerberos Support enabled

I have tried everything any help is appreciated.

I've found a work around to get SugarCRM working with Exchange 2007. I've posted my solution in:
