Import of Accounts only imports one line

Hi,

I try to import accounts from a csv file. In the wizard 3 rows are shown when the mapping tool appears. Once I click import I get a message import started, but only the first data row is imported. I retried with the same problem.

I do not see any settings of the nr of rows to import, so what can be wrong ?

It is possible it is having a problem with the data itself.

Make a copy of the source file and remove the first two rows from the source files and try again to see if the problem persists.

If it does, it usually signals that there is something about the records themselves that the import process does not like.

An example of such a problem would be a comma within a value, e.g. '123 Main Street, Suite 123' for the primary_address_street field.

Same issue - tried CSV and TXT files but only loads one record. If I go back to the import file and delete the record imported then it imports the now first record. I get on errors but only loads one record at a time.

Without the benefit of seeing the data, it is hard to tell you exactly where the problem might be.

The only comment I would add is that 9 times out 10, these types of issues are indeed related to data formatting problems.
