I need to import call logs from a CVS. I am having two problems with a sample important of 10 call logs

1. Date is screwed up. I have formatted it, and selected the appropriate date format. 5 are correct, 5 come out 12.31.1969

2. I can either link the call logs to the accounts or the contacts, but not both.

I cannot figure out what i am screwing up, help is appreciated
