import csv-file, double quotes appear in imported data

Situation: CRM 5.5.0 (Build 6653), Windows XP prof. , CRM newbie.

I try to import a contact from a csv-file (double quote, with semicolon separated), like

"mit einem Jahresbeitrag von";"mit einem Halbjahresbeitrag von";"mit einem Monatsbeitrag von";"Titel";"Vorname";"Name";"( Firma )"
"";"12";"";"Familie";"Maritta";"Hauk";"";

The import-settings are of course equivalent (double quote, with semicolon separated)

In the window for the assignments, the values appear without the double quotes, but after "IMPORT", the values in the contact list have double quotes. See Attachment.

What could be the reason?
