Import data where is Account ID stored?

Hi - I'm trying to add some additional profile data (e.g. revenue, industry, etc.) to our account records. We use SugarCRM profession - the hosted version, so I'm working with the integrated import tool. Everything works fine, except the import creates a duplicate record rather than updating (even though I selected "Create and Update records" for the Import Action.

I suspect I could get around this problem by using Sugar's unique ID, but I can't find it. No ID field appears in the Field list for Accounts in the Studio. I also tried to export anb acount list, but ID is not a field that appears in the choices for an export.

So, my question is this - where is the Aaccount ID stored and how do I get it?

Hello,

what version of Sugar are you using? If you export records from the listview, the first field in the csv document should be the ID field.

Still, it would be nice to be able to report on that field through a custom report.
