I am trying to create a workflow that will create an open task linked to a case every time we import an email with an attachment related to the existing case.
Example: I have an existing case and I received an email from the client with an attachment.
I do an Import to Sugar on the email and relate it to the case.
At this point I want the workflow to create a new task and set some parameters such as assign to, subject, etc.
The workflow I have created
Target Module = Notes
Applies to existing record only
Conditions: "When a field in the target module contains a specified value" Embed in email? Equals Yes.
Action: Create a new TaskCase
This is not creating the task.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong
