Default Import error on certain accounts

Hi folks, I'm importing accounts in to Sugar 6.0.2 and have started with a small file to make sure I have everything mapping correclty before my main import.

Unfortunately, out of 13 accounts only two imported without errors. I have compared each account and can't understand why two worked and the others did not. I get a 404 error when clicking on the "download errors" link. (presume this is a permissions issue so have asked the host to look into it)

Meantime, I hoped someone here might be able to take a quick look at my csv file and see what it is about the yellow rows that makes them acceptable to Sugar while the others are not:

Once I get this resolved I can actually get my accounts into Sugar and start using it as intended.

    Thanks in advance for advice,
    Jo

There are no yellow rows (difficult in a csv without formatting information).
However, you should enclose your fields with double or single quotes and you may want to use a different separator. The comma in one address definitely conflicts with the separator.

Best tactics: Enter some records as you want to see them in Sugar, check/change your export settings and export these records again. On this way you get a perfect sample.

Thanks for replying. It turns out that there was an issue with permissions, which I have now resolved.
