I'm using

Windows XP
Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276)
Apache Web Server Version 2.2.4
PHP Script Language Version 5.2.3
MySQL Database Version 5.0.45


and I have a language problem with trying to import CVS file to contacts module. I went to My Account > Edit > Import/Export Character Set and found out that SugarCRM does not support Thai language (Windows-874). So I was lucky that I found Thai language pack at http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/?group_id=316, then I installed the pack and tried importing the contacts again. However, the same result still appeared. All Thai characters are shown in other language ( I'm not sure but I think it's Arabic )


Could someone please help me on this problem or at least guide me how to solve it.
