Import leads

I would like to import leads from emails that i receive on my outlook , how do i convert an email on outlook to a comma ,tab delimited file.

But why not setting up your Sugar E-Mail module? There you can do a quick create on an email without problems. Or you can set up an action on incoming emails automatically (in the admin section under Inbound Emails.
Or you use one of the Sugar Outlook Plugins? Grinmark does an excellent job here. Check Sugarforge.
No need to fiddle with Outlook.
