Import Leads error for CSV

hello,
I was importing a csv file into sugar and got errors, any ideas?
I've recursivlely chmod 755 the directories :
�� cache
�� custom
�� data
�� modules
�� config.php

How the csv file looks like:

If you rick click those error log reports and "Save As..." or similar it'll download them to your computer.

I encountered the same just by clicking the blue links, but discovered right clicking solved that.
