I have exported my subscription list from Constant Contact as a CSV file. I tried importing them through the Leads Import tool and wound up with an error that says that all the records were skipped due to an error. When I click to download the error file I get a permission denied error. When I right click the link and save link as... it saves an Excel file that contains the text "403 Permission Denied"...
I have checked the Cache folder in my Sugar install (community edition). I tried 755 and even 777. I also tried changing the settings in the import tool for surrounding quotes to no luck.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?
