Import Products

Hello everyone,

Im implementing Sugar Enterprise 4.2.1 and have the need of importing Products -- however I don't see an import option in that module or is it located in a place where is not obvious? Additionally after importing products I'll need to make several modifications becasue I want to use Producs to track RMAs. I will like change things like making a relationship from Prducts to Cases so if you look at a Product you can see how many times they have beed returned for repais. I'm assuming that I will need to learn how to make relationships, create subpanels, and modify the search panel. Is there any documentation that you guys could point me to?

PS: Or have anyone already created an RMA module?
